Technical Staff

An experienced team of technical, communications, and certified personnel supports the facility. Our staff certifications range from CCNA, CCNP, and MCSE to VCP. Several engineers hold triple CCIE certifications, so you’re working with specialists who’ve gone deep on routing, switching, storage, and advanced network design.

Advanced Security

We protect your data around the clock with layered on site security. Guards staff the facility 24x7x365, so every shift is covered, backed by video surveillance and 97+ point fingerprint biometric access control. Facial recognition scanning and authentication controls restrict who gets in. The gated facility uses anti tail gate measures, and individually alarmed cabinets add one more layer around your equipment.

Scalable Power & Cooling

The facility offers 2MW power with 10MW expansion capacity, on a 2N, 2MW Smart Grid power system with 1600 gallons of fuel per generator, so you get real headroom before ever touching backup power. That’s a full load backup of 200 hours at 100% capacity. Every facility also includes 2N GE parallel UPS with a 4 hour GE on site SLA.

Hybrid Hosting Options

Hybridize any colocation, dedicated, and cloud hosting needs, so you get a secure, low-latency Layer 2 Virtual LAN built around how you actually work.

Connectivity

The facility runs on a 100% Cisco powered network with 2.880 Tbps of routing capacity and multi homed BGP4 transit routing, so traffic keeps moving even if one path fails. It’s 100% carrier neutral, with Cisco optimized performance and edge routing built in.

Building Design Elements

The building spans 12,000 square feet, with room to expand to 140,000. It’s built for 225 pounds per square foot of load, so it comfortably supports heavy equipment, with 12 foot ceilings and over 40,000 sq. ft. of roof top access.
