1. Customer must log in to MyVolico - MyVolico Login

   1. If this is your first time accessing the portal, use the forgot password option to setup your account.
      • https://my.volico.com/login/forgot_password

2. Access their cloud portal.

   • Click on "Access Cloud" from their dashboard.

3. Reboot the Virtual Machine(s):

   • Click on "Virtual Servers."
   • Select the virtual machine you wish to reboot.
   • On the virtual machine page, select the "reboot" button
     • You will be prompted if you would like to reboot the machine, make sure to select the appropriate option.

   Repeat this process for each virtual machine you want to reboot.
