Customer must log in to MyVolico - MyVolico Login
- If this is your first time accessing the portal, use the forgot password option to setup your account.
Access their cloud portal.
- Click on "Access Cloud" from their dashboard.
Reboot the Virtual Machine(s):
- Click on "Virtual Servers."
- Select the virtual machine you wish to reboot.
- On the virtual machine page, select the "reboot" button
- You will be prompted if you would like to reboot the machine, make sure to select the appropriate option.
Repeat this process for each virtual machine you want to reboot.
