At this point, this is enough to have a functioning backup policy which will backup the server according to the times and dates specified within it.
To save this policy click on the Save button on the bottom right of the popup. A backup policy for the agent has been successfully added.
It is important to note that this is a default Vault Networks policy and is simply a suggested policy to follow. If the user wishes to modify the policy they have the ability to do so following the same steps but modifying the values to their liking.
