  1. Log in to your MyVolico account. MyVolico Login
    1. If this is your first time accessing the portal, use the forgot password option to setup your account.

Dashboard

  1. From the dashboard:

    1. Locate the invoices table.

    2. By default, the table is set to display unpaid invoices.

      1. This setting can be changed to view paid, unpaid, or all invoices.

        a. In the table, you can find:

               i. Invoice number

                                       ii. Due date

                                       iii. Invoice amount

                                       iv. Invoice status (paid or unpaid)

               c. To view more details of an invoice, click on the "View" button located to the far right.

                     i. This action will prompt you to log in again for security purposes.

                     ii. Use the same credentials as your MyVolico login.

                     iii. Once the credentials are validated, a window will open displaying

                          a. Invoice details

                          b. Account balance at the time of the invoice

                          c. If you are viewing a paid invoice, there will be a payment section containing:
                                i. Payment method used
                                ii. Amount charged
                                iii. Any credits applied
                                iv. Transaction ID
