1. Logging in and Accessing the Cloud Dashboard

    1. Log in to your MyVolico account. MyVolico Login
    2. Click on "Access Cloud" from the dashboard.
    3. You will be directed to the cloud portal.

    Allocating a New IP Address

    1. From the cloud dashboard, click on "Virtual Servers."
    2. Click the label of the virtual server you're interested in.
    3. Click the "Networking" tab, then click "IP Addresses."
    4. Click the "Allocate New IP Address" button.
    5. Select a network interface from the drop-down menu (only the network interfaces you added to the VS will be available).
    6. Select an IP address from the IP Pool associated with the network interface. You may select an IP address that's already assigned to a VS, but only one VS should be used as primary.
    7. Use the "Specify IP Address", if you would like to assign a specific available IP Address.
      1. If the "Specify IP Address" is not used, an available IP will be assigned.
    8. Click the "Add IP Address" button.
    9. Click the "Rebuild Network" button to rebuild the network.
      1. You must rebuild the network  after making changes to IP address allocations.

    Removing an IP Address

    1. Go to your Control Panel > Cloud > Virtual Servers menu.
    2. Click the label of the virtual server you're interested in.
    3. Click the "Networking" > "IP Addresses" tab.
    4. Click the "Delete" icon next to the IP address you want to delete.
    5. In the pop-up window that appears, choose either:
      • "Delete with Reboot" option to reboot the VS and rebuild the network immediately after deleting the IP address. You will be redirected to the VS's Overview page.
      • "Delete without Reboot" option if you don't want to reboot the VS. In this case, you will have to manually reboot the VS after applying the changes.
    6. Confirm the deletion by clicking "Yes."

    Note: You cannot delete an IP address that is in use.
