Customer must log in to MyVolico - MyVolico Login

1. If this is your first time accessing the portal, use the forgot password option to setup your account.
   • https://my.volico.com/login/forgot_password

Access their cloud portal.

• Click on "Access Cloud" from their dashboard.

Powering off Virtual Machine(s):

• Click on "Virtual Servers."
• Select the virtual machine you wish to power off.
• On the virtual machine page, select the "off" button
  • You will be prompted if you would like to power the machine off, make sure to select the appropriate option.

Repeat this process for each virtual machine you want to power off.
