In the event that you wish to cancel your vnCloud service, it can be done in the "Account" tab.  Prior to cancelling services, we highly recommend reaching out to us at (305) 735-8098 in order to let us know why you are cancelling.  We may be able to resolve your problem.

To Cancel Services Immediately:

1. From the Dashboard, select Account from the top menu.
   
   
2. On the Account Information screen, click the red "Cancel Services Immediately" button
