Logging into MyVolico Account

  1. Log in to your MyVolico account.
  2. Click on "Access Cloud" from the dashboard.
  3. You will be directed to the cloud portal.


Removing a normal backup schedule

  1. From the cloud dashboard, click on the Virtual Servers menu.
  2. Click the label of the virtual server you're interested in.
  3. Click the Storage tab, then select Disks.
  4. On the screen that appears, click the Actions button next to the disk with a backup schedule, then select Schedule for Backups.
  5. Click the Actions icon next to the schedule you want to remove, then choose Delete.
