Click on the Disk Safes section of the menu on the bottom left.
Once on the disk safes page, click on the "Create New Disk Safe" option on the top left of the Disk Safes page.
A popup will appear in the center of the page with three tabs: Settings, Data Settings, Limits.
In the Settings tab, enter the name of the account to whom the disk safe pertains as well as the VN number of the server which the agent is installed on. Next, select the agent which the user owns and pertains to the server which is being backed up.
For "Disk Safe Location" ensure that the "Assign this disk safe to a volume" checkbox is selected and that the appropriate volume is selected according to the user who will be using the disk safe.
Both checkboxes under the "Devices" section should be selected unless it is specifically addressed by the user who will be using the backup service.
