Logging into MyVolico Account

  1. Log in to your MyVolico account.
    1. If this is your first time accessing the portal, use the forgot password option to setup your account.
  2. Click on "Access Cloud" from the dashboard.
  3. You will be directed to the cloud portal.

Cloud Server Actions:

  1. From the cloud dashboard, click on the Virtual Servers menu.

  2. Click the label of the virtual server you're interested in.

    1. On: Starts the cloud server, its operating system and processes.
    2. Off: Stops the cloud server, its operating system and processes.
    3. Reboot: Shuts down the cloud server and then powers it back on again.
    4. Auto-backups: move the slider to enable/disable automatic backups for this virtual server.


  1. Cloud server information panel
    1. FQDN: (fully qualified domain name)

    2. Login: credentials to log into the virtual machine

    3. Owner: Click the owner name to see its details.

    4. IP Addresses. Only the first five IP addresses are displayed on the virtual server properties page. To view the list of all virtual server IP addresses, mouse over IP addresses area or go to the Networking > IP addresses tab. 

    5. Disk Size: Current size Total FB allocation for virtual server

    6. Memory: Memory set allocated for virtual server

    7. Disk backups: Size Total size of backups being used for the virtual server
